Three things to know before comparing specs.
Model = Force, NOT Capacity
Same barrel → same weight per batch. Standard 390 mm models: ≤ 100 kg/batch (HN300, HN325, HN400, HN426, HN500); the HN365 double-station frame is configured to order. 300 mm sesame barrel: ≤ 60 kg/batch.
Pick by Seed Hardness
Soft 300–400T; Medium 400–500T; Hard 600–630T. Bigger model only presses harder seeds more cleanly.
More Batches → Double-Barrel
One presses while you load/unload the other. Removes idle time between batches — +30–50% more daily batches.

What buyers ask before ordering.
How do I choose the right model?
Most buyers choose one of the four core models by seed hardness: HN325 for everyday soft seeds, HN365 for hard seeds and all-day double-station work, HN426 for premium cold pressing, and HN500 for the hardest seeds at maximum force. Specialized models cover sesame, coconut milk and oil-residue dehydration.
Does a higher model number mean more kg per batch?
No. The model number indicates pressing force, not batch capacity. The HN325, HN426 and HN500 share the same 390 mm barrel at up to 100 kg per batch; the HN365 is a vertical double-station frame configured to order. To run more batches per shift, choose double-barrel configuration — not a bigger model number.
Single or double barrel?
Startup / testing market → single barrel (lower cost, compact). Commercial / continuous operation → double barrel (one presses, other loads, eliminates idle time between batches). Double barrel doesn't press 2 batches at once — it shares one hydraulic system between two barrels. The HN365 extends this with an alternating vertical double-station layout. The configuration must be chosen when ordering — a single-barrel frame cannot be converted to double barrel later.
What's the difference between cold press and hot press?
Every Haonuo hydraulic press can cold press — cold and hot pressing differ in seed preparation, not the machine. The HN426 (500 t, 42 MPa cake pressure) is the cold-press flagship for premium oil; the HN480B is a made-to-order 600 t variant for the hardest cold-press materials. The HN325 and HN365 are the usual choices when most production is hot-pressed.
