Custom Configuration — This is a made-to-order hydraulic sludge dewatering press with a 630 mm large tabung press, optimized for oil sludge, oil residue, and industrial sludge dewatering. Production lead time is 30–45 working days. Request a custom quote →

The HN325 Large Tabung Press is a hydraulic dewatering press with a 630 mm inner diameter, 1000 mm high tabung press and two independent hydraulic systems, so one tabung press presses while the other is unloaded and reloaded. It is built for processors that prioritize single-batch volume for sludge and residue dewatering rather than peak pressing force.

The dual-system design eliminates idle time: the main cylinder presses one tabung press while the top-cake cylinder on the other tabung press allows simultaneous unloading and reloading. With a cake surface pressure of 10.64 MPa, this model is suited for materials that do not require high pressing force but benefit from large batch sizes — such as oil sludge, animal/plant oil residue, textile sludge, and fruit/vegetable dehydration.

Key Advantages

  • Massive Tabung Press Capacity — 630 mm inner diameter × 1000 mm height tabung press handles large volumes per batch, reducing the number of cycles needed to process bulk sludge and residue.
  • Dual Independent Hydraulic Systems — Each tabung press operates independently with its own hydraulic circuit, so pressing on one side never blocks loading or unloading on the other.
  • Top-Cake Design — The top-cake cylinder (60 tons / 30 MPa) pushes the cake out from the top, making unloading fast and convenient even with large-volume materials.
  • High Throughput — Combined large tabung press capacity and dual-system operation deliver the highest daily processing volume for low-pressure dewatering applications.
  • Versatile Dewatering — From oil residue dewatering to fruit juice extraction and industrial sludge processing, one machine serves multiple processing needs.

Core Technology

  • Bar-Type Slotted Tabung Press — Haonuo’s proprietary slotted tabung press design provides significantly more drainage area than traditional drilled tabung press. Liquid flows faster and clearer. No clogging, no cleaning between batches — especially beneficial for high-volume sludge and residue processing.
  • German Hydraulic System — Ultra-high pressure combined hydraulic pump station with high-low dual pump. Working pressure up to 60 MPa with rapid cylinder return.
  • 4-Hook Cake Removal — Innovative 4-hook mechanism ensures easy, reliable cake discharge — even after overnight pressing of bulky materials.
  • High Carbon Steel Frame — High-frequency quenched and heat-treated steel for long-lasting service. Actual service life depends on operating conditions and maintenance.
  • Microcomputer Control — Automated pressing cycle from loading to finished cake discharge.
  • Energy Efficient — 2.2 kW motor keeps operating costs low while delivering 325-ton pressing force.
  • Labor Efficient — Only 1-2 operators needed.

Sludge Dewatering Hydraulic Press — Frequently Asked Questions

What is the oil yield of the HN325LB hydraulic oil press?
The oil yield depends on the raw material. The HN325LB's 325-ton pressing force and oversized 630 mm tabung press with bar-type slotted design achieve approximately 2-3% higher yield (based on Haonuo factory tests with graded sesame and peanut at 6-8% moisture; results vary with seed variety and preparation) than traditional drilled tabung press presses. For low-pressure materials like oil sludge and residues, the large tabung press capacity maximizes per-batch throughput.
What raw materials can the HN325LB press?
The HN325LB is designed for high-volume, low-pressure applications including animal oil residue, plant oil residue, oil sludge, textile sludge, fruit and vegetable dehydration, and oil field sludge. For conventional oil seeds requiring higher pressing force, we recommend our standard HN325 or cold press models.
How long does one pressing cycle take?
Hot pressing (with pre-roasting) completes in 30-40 minutes per batch. Cold pressing takes approximately 2 hours to preserve oil quality at low temperatures. The actual cycle time depends on factors like seed moisture content, desired cake dryness, and pressing temperature. The microcomputer control system automates the entire process from feeding to cake discharge.
What is the recommended raw material moisture content for pressing?
The optimal moisture content varies by material type and pressing method. For hot pressing, we recommend 5-8% moisture before roasting, with the roasted material reaching 3-5% moisture. For cold pressing, the optimal range is 7-9% moisture. Proper moisture control is critical — too high causes oil emulsification and yield loss, while too low increases friction and reduces throughput.
What is the difference between single and double tabung press configurations?
A single tabung press press processes one batch at a time. A double tabung press press has two tabung press with independent hydraulic systems — while one tabung press is pressing, the top-cake cylinder on the other tabung press allows simultaneous unloading and reloading, nearly doubling your throughput.
What power supply does the HN325LB require?
The HN325LB requires 2.2 KW motor power, compatible with both 220V/50Hz and 380V/60Hz power supplies. We can customize the electrical system to match your local power standards at no extra charge.
How many workers are needed to operate the machine?
Only 1-2 workers are needed. The microcomputer control system automates the pressing cycle, and the 4-hook cake removal mechanism makes unloading easy even after overnight pressing.
What warranty do you provide?
We provide a 1-year warranty covering all manufacturing defects, plus lifetime technical support. For the HN325LB, this includes specific coverage for the oversized tabung press assembly and dual hydraulic circuit system. Spare parts are available from stock.
How is the machine shipped and how long does delivery take?
The machine is shipped in a wooden crate via sea freight. Delivery to most Asian ports takes 15-20 days, to African ports 25-35 days, and to South American ports 30-40 days. This is in addition to production time — 15-25 working days for standard models and 30-45 days for custom or special configurations (shipping time additional). Air freight is available for urgent orders.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes, we provide detailed installation manuals, video tutorials, and remote technical guidance. For large orders, we can send a technician to your facility for on-site installation and training at cost. For the large-barrel model, ensure your installation floor can support the machine's weight plus a full tabung press of material, and has adequate space for cake removal with the oversized tabung press.
What certifications does the machine have?
All machines undergo 48-hour continuous full-load testing before shipment. For the large-barrel model, the full-load test verifies structural integrity of the extended tabung press under maximum pressing force.
Can the tabung press size be customized?
Yes, tabung press inner diameter and height can be customized to match your specific material and batch size requirements. Common customizations include larger tabung press for bulk materials and food-grade stainless steel tabung press for edible oil production.
What is the residual oil rate in the cake?
The residual oil rate in the cake is typically 6-8% for most materials with our bar-type slotted tabung press design, compared to 10-12% with traditional drilled tabung press presses. This means you extract approximately 2-3% more oil (based on Haonuo factory tests with graded sesame and peanut at 6-8% moisture; results vary with seed variety and preparation) from every batch.
