HN365 Materials
| Part | Material & finish |
|---|---|
| Hydraulic cylinder | 27SiMn alloy steel (GB/T 3077), quenched & tempered, pressure-tested |
| Press barrel | High-strength slotted-strip barrel — faster oil draining than drilled barrels |
| Hydraulics & electrics | Integrated cartridge-valve pack, branded electrical components |
| Frame | 3 cm high-strength steel plate |
The barrel interior and oil outlet are nickel-plated — no bare carbon steel touches the oil. Wear parts (columns, pressure plate, barrel) are reinforced for repeated high-pressure cycling.
How Much Can It Press Per Day?
Batch Cycle & Output
| Hot pressing | 30–40 min per batch, after roasting |
| Cold pressing | ~2 h per batch — preserves oil quality |
| Residual oil in cake | 6–8% typical (factory tests: graded sesame & peanut at 6–8% moisture) |
| Working mode | Manual / semi-automatic, one-button switch |
Actual daily output depends on seed, batch size and staff rhythm — not a guaranteed figure. Tell us your seed and target tons per day and we will calculate your throughput.
Single Barrel or Double Barrel? Your Choice
| Single barrel | Focused batch work — lower entry cost, same 365-ton force and 30 MPa pressure |
| Double barrel | One barrel presses while the other unloads & refills — no idle time, higher daily output |
| Both options | Same frame and barrel platform — start single, upgrade to double whenever output grows |
Power & Installation
Runs on a standard 380V / 50Hz supply; other voltage standards can be customized. Star-delta (Y-Δ) reduced-voltage starting protects weak grids and generators. No special foundation needed.
Which Model Fits Your Mill?
| Model | Force | Cake pressure | Barrel Ø (standard) | Configuration | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HN300 | 300 t | 42 MPa | Ø300 mm | Single / double barrel | Smaller batches (~60 kg), tightest budget |
| HN325 | 325 t | ≈27 MPa | Ø390 mm (customizable) | Single / double barrel | Small & mid-size mills, all-purpose |
| HN365 | 365 t | 30 MPa | Ø390 mm (customizable) | Single / double barrel | Higher daily volume, hard seeds, medium & large mills |
| HN426 | 500 t | 42 MPa | Ø390 mm (customizable) | Single / double barrel | Cold press business: coconut, walnut |
| HN500 | 620 t | 52 MPa | Ø390 mm (customizable) | Single / double barrel | Hardest in-shell materials |
HN325 or HN365? Both share the Ø390 mm barrel platform. Up to ~1 ton of hot-pressed seed per day, the HN325 covers it — step up to the HN365 when hard seeds and daily volume grow. Send us your seed and target for a throughput calculation.
From Walnut to Camellia: Seeds the HN365 Handles Best
Common oilseeds suited to the HN365 include sesame, peanut, walnut, camellia (tea) seed, flaxseed, rapeseed, sunflower seed and soybean — soft and hard seeds alike. Reference yields:
Yield by Seed (hot pressing unless noted)
| Seed | Yield | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Peanut | 40–50% | Rich aroma, golden oil |
| Sesame | 42–54% | Roast & press direct |
| Sunflower seed | 40–50% | Clean, crush, roast |
| Flaxseed | 35–40% | Hot or cold |
| Rapeseed | 35–45% | High-yield, fragrant |
| Tea seed | 15–35% | Clear color, pure aroma |
| Soybean | 12–18% | Hot or cold |
| Walnut | 55–65% cold | Crush raw, press cold |
| Castor seed | 40–60% | Hot pressing |
| Palm fruit | 20–25% (fresh fruit bunch) | Small-batch hot pressing — confirm your process with us |
| Coconut | 30–40% cold | Stainless barrel option |
Figures are gross oil yield per 100 kg of prepared raw material (cleaned, crushed/roasted before pressing), from factory tests and production records. Actual yield varies with variety, moisture, temperature and preparation. Not on the list, or unsure about your material? Ask us for a material test — send us a sample.
Every Seed Needs a Different Line
| Seed | Typical line |
|---|---|
| Sesame | Drum roaster → HN365, press direct |
| Peanut | Crusher → roaster → HN365 |
| Soybean (hot) | Pre-press machine → steam cooker → HN365 |
| Walnut (cold) | Crusher → HN365, no roasting |
Tell us your seed and daily target — we will list the exact equipment. Full lineups per seed: oilseed processing solutions.
For a dedicated cold-press business on coconut or walnut, the HN426 adds force and pressure; for the hardest in-shell materials see the HN500. Tighter budget? The HN325 covers up to ~1 ton per day.
Building an All-Day Pressing Line with the HN365
A typical line around the HN365: seed cleaner & sorter → roaster (sets the aroma) → crusher & steamer (where needed) → the HN365 → oil filter press (filters solids out of the crude oil for clear, sellable oil). A common balance is about two presses per roaster. Browse the full equipment range or send us your raw material — we will list the exact models.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the HN365, and how does it differ from the HN355?
The HN365 is the upgraded successor to the HN355. It keeps the same machine class but moves to a reinforced vertical frame built from 3 cm high-strength steel plate, a single or double tabung press layout and an integrated cartridge-valve hydraulic pack. The rated pressing force is 365 tons with 30 MPa cake surface pressure, so it finishes hard seeds more completely than the HN325 while supporting continuous all-day batches.
Which oilseeds is the HN365 designed for?
It handles both soft and hard oilseeds — peanut, sesame, rapeseed, camellia (tea) seed, walnut, flaxseed, sunflower seed, soybean and almond. Buyers upgrading from a 325-class machine usually move to the HN365 when they press more hard seeds or need higher daily throughput.
Does the HN365 support both hot and cold pressing?
Yes. Pressure, stroke, holding time and pressure-rise speed are adjustable to match either process. Hot pressing after roasting gives higher yield and a stronger aroma; cold pressing keeps temperatures low for premium oil. Manual and semi-automatic modes switch with one button.
Should I choose the single tabung press or the double tabung press?
The single tabung press is the standard configuration — same 365-ton force and 30 MPa pressure at a lower entry cost, ideal for focused batch work. The double tabung press adds a second station: one tabung press presses while the other loads and unloads, removing idle time for substantially higher daily output. Both share the same frame, so you can start single and upgrade later.
What pressure does the HN365 reach?
Rated pressing force is 365 tons and maximum cake surface pressure is 30 MPa. The hydraulic cylinder is machined from 27SiMn alloy steel (GB/T 3077), quenched and tempered for repeated high-pressure cycling.
Are the oil-contact surfaces food-grade?
The tabung press interior and oil outlet are nickel-plated for food-grade contact, so carbon steel never touches the pressed oil. The slotted strip tabung press also drains oil faster than a conventional drilled tabung press.
What voltage can the machine be built for?
The electrical system can be built to your local power standard — simply tell us your country or voltage when ordering. The motor uses star-delta reduced-voltage starting to soften starting current.
What are your payment and trade terms?
We trade FOB Qingdao; your forwarder handles ocean freight and destination charges. Payment terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice. Standard models are normally ready within 15–25 working days after order confirmation; custom or special configurations take 30–45 days.
Do you provide installation and training?
An English manual and video-call guidance are included, and most single-machine buyers install without a site visit. For larger lines a Haonuo engineer can travel for installation and operator training; the buyer covers flights, visa, accommodation and a daily service fee.
